Ceremonies have the power to be truly transformational. Much like the experience of birth, a ceremony creates a liminal space - the time between the 'what was' and the 'what will be'. When we step across the threshold, we cannot go back to the person we were before. Ceremonies make our invisible, inner world matter and visibly come to life through physical objects and symbolic rituals, enabling us to interact with this world in a way our busy lives and minds leave little space for. Such heart-work makes it possible for what's stuck to flow, for space to open up and for new ways of being to take root as we come to realisations, shed old skin and set intention. Our ceremonies enable mamas and pregnant mamas to gather together, inspire and empower one another, and make lasting friendships.

The following ceremonies will be taking place in Ledbury, Herefordshire when we are once again able to gather in person. If you are interested in joining a ceremony, please fill in the form below and we will share the details with you before making tickets available online. Ceremonies are from 10am-4pm and include a vegetarian lunch, refreshments and our Sacred Mama Rituals Box.

We can also design and hold a bespoke ceremony for just you, or for you and your friends and family. For more information, get in touch using the form below.

In the nourishing space we create, a pregnant mama can explore the challenges and joys that lie before her as she approaches birthing and mothering, gaining a sense of power and confidence that will help her rise to motherhood. Our ceremonies intertwine fear release, wish sowing, craft, pampering and belly art rituals that prepare for and celebrate this profound rite of passage. This is a wonderful way for pregnant women to make deeper, new mama friendships and support one another on the journey ahead.

A baby lost at any stage in pregnancy, birth or motherhood is devastating. When we gather in a group, as a community, to process difficult experiences and emotions together, the shared heart resonance has the power to facilitate deep and profound healing. The safe space we hold and the rituals we weave into it make it possible to move through grief, pain and anger and to enter a state of reverence, wisdom and love. We hold ourselves by holding one another, and realising that we are not alone.

The processes of pregnancy and birth open our bodies, hearts and minds as we channel a new being into this world. This postpartum ceremony helps to bring closure, reassurance, a sense of honour and respect for the journey each mama has been on, and an opportunity for deep rest and giving thanks for the gifts received. We use fabric to wrap and physically close her womb and pelvis, while other rituals emotionally, psychologically and energetically facilitate her coming back home to herself in a boundaried and grounded way. Babes in arms welcome.

A mother's body is the holy grail and yet we live within a culture that glorifies the virgin body, holding women to an impossible standard of beauty. Our midsection, our womb, is the centre of our balance and power. This ceremony is about reclaiming that power. Our rituals enable each mama to acknowledge and shed the beliefs that no longer serve her, to become truly embodied by shifting from her head into her heart and her womb, and to adorn her beautiful belly with womb beads that remind her who she is.

Birth is an opportunity to transcend. To rise above what we are accustomed to, reach deeper inside ourselves than we are familiar with, and to see not only what we are truly made of, but the strength we can access in and through birth.
